The newly designed ECO Funnel is available in 4" and 8" diameter. The new design incorporates all the benefits of the original patented ECO Funnel for reducing emission and exposure to chemicals. A built in pressure equalizing tube makes the ECO Funnel even more convenient. The ECO Funnels are made of durable high density polyethylene (HDPE), suitable for most solvents and reagents used in the laboratory. The 4" diameter ECO Funnel is available with 38-430 and 53B threads. Two 8" diameter ECO Funnels are available with 2" NPT fine threads or 2" Buttress coarse threads for use with standard fittings on 15, 20, 30, 35 and 55 gallon drums. To avoid cracking the 38-430 screw cap, do not overtighten. For best results, we recommend using these ECO Funnels with plastic bottles. ECO Funnels should be used for collection of temporary waste only. The waste generated must be transferred to a more permanent container (drum) frequently.
