Reaction vessel lid is constructed of 1/4thick #316 S.S. with a 1/8thick Teflon gasket underneath. The only material exposed to the reaction is Teflon. Lid has seven openings that accept 45/50 outer Teflon inserts. Inserts are secured to the lid using glass filled Teflon nuts. Lid can be used on any of our CG-1968 or CG-1972 reaction vessels.
